World Egg Cake Championships

Swedish Egg Cake Championships – compete in Professional or Amateur!

Pros: For those who run or work in a business that bakes and has egg cake on the menu. The egg cake can be prepared in your own kitchen or, by appointment, in a kitchen near Köpmansmagasinet.

Amateur: For you as a private person who wants to show your skills. The egg cake is prepared at home and taken to the Merchant's Warehouse.

Programme (provisional):

* 13.00 Submission of contributions and short presentation of the participants.
* 13.20 The jury assesses the entries.
* 14.00 The winners of the Professional and Amateur classes are announced.

The jury assesses:

* Consistency
* Surface
* The taste and crispiness of the pork
* How well the omelet held together during the flipping

The competition will be held at Köpmansmagasinet in Smygehuk during the Harvest Market.
