Caught in Action is a Swedish AOR/melodic rock band with roots in the classic 80's scene, with a modern, powerful sound. With influences from bands like Journey, FM, and Europe with strong melodies, big choruses and emotional guitar solos. The band was started by guitarist and Trelleborg citizen Richard Jönsson. Caught in Action delivers an energetic live show with a focus on melodies, presence and audience contact.

The album received attention in both Europe and the United States and was praised for its strong hooks, driving guitars and strong choruses. The sound is inspired by 80's arena rock, but with modern production, big choruses and emotional ballads in perfect balance. (Record label- Steelheart Records) Out of the Cold 2025 The sequel Out of the Cold shows a more mature and dynamic band. With the new members Jens Mattsson (bass) and Mats Elofsson (drums), the sound is broadened further. This album was also appreciated in the United States and Europe, but this time it was also released in Japan. The album has a slightly heavier expression, deeper arrangements and even stronger melodic focus, without losing the classic AOR feeling. The theme of the album revolves around hope, loss and the strength to rise again. Streetlight plays rock as it sounded at its best, with clear influences from the happy 80s, while the production sounds 2025. Role models are AOR giants such as Journey and Toto, Streetlight is also on the same record label as the aforementioned band, Frontiers Music. Streetlight's music has over two million streams on Spotify and one million views on Youtube, and the latest album has been praised by a unanimous group of critics.
