Kristoffer Lindstrii is a liberal politician with a strong commitment to Ukraine. Since the start of the large-scale invasion, Kristoffer has visited several parts of Ukraine and has been the initiator of Trelleborg's twinning cooperation with Mykolaiv. The lecture will focus on how municipalities and their populations are forced, and manage, to adapt to handle a completely new situation from one day to the next. Kristoffer will also share his personal experiences and encounters from his visits, as well as his conversations with both politicians and Ukrainian citizens who have had to live through the daily realities of war, and the lessons we can learn.
