Description
In a short time, Brusk Dibo, Khaldoun Jawish, and Stêr Kurdaxî have established themselves as a dynamic and exciting music group with the project Oriental Strings. They share a contagious passion for Middle Eastern folk and classical music. Brusk is an expert in Kurdish music and the oriental long-necked lutes saz, sazbush, and buzuk. Khaldoun, in turn, is a skilled oud and flamenco guitarist. Stêr plays the violin, and it is in the meeting between Andalusia’s rhythmic dance music and the melodies of the Middle East that they often create their captivating and beautiful music.
