Description

Meet the author Tomas Bannerhed in a conversation with Bengt Jurs, chairman of the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation Skåne and environmental educator, about nature and literature and about the place of birds in our lives. Listen to Bannerhed talk about the importance of species knowledge in our time and how it is that his own interest in birds only arose in adulthood.

Tomas Bannerhed made his debut in 2011 with the novel The Ravens, which was awarded the August Prize and has also been made into a feature film. Over the years, he has emerged as one of our foremost depictors of nature. Among nature lovers, he is also known as a columnist for the magazine Sveriges Natur and for the program series Bannerheds bevingade vänner in P1.

An event in collaboration between the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation Trelleborg and Trelleborg's library.
