For the ninth year in a row, Malmö Opera is embarking on a truck tour to play musical theatre in the streets and squares around Skåne. This time, three opera singers offer 400 years of opera history in quick format!

For Malmö Opera, it has become an early summer tradition to go on a truck tour. The truck rolls into the venue and the performance is performed on the flatbed.
This year, it is Rickard Söderberg, Elinor Fryklund and Emma Sventelius who offer a fun and fast-paced revue with opera gems from four centuries. They give an insight into life behind the scenes where divas and conductors intrigue and argue before they go out on stage and perform great works, as if nothing happened.
The event is free and anyone who wants to can stop by and listen for a while or stay and watch the entire performance. Bring your own chair or blanket to sit on. Light refreshments can be purchased on site, but it is also possible to bring your own food and drink.
The performance is played at Gislövs Idrottsplats. There are good opportunities to park here for those who come by car. If you prefer to go by public transport, bus 190 to Gislöv Modeshög applies, 350 meters from the venue.
