La Traviata with the Scanian Opera

In a glittering European 1960s, we meet the obvious centre of the party, admired, free and surrounded by all the temptations of life. When she falls in love with Alfredo, she chooses love over glamour. But society's demands and moral double standards catch up with her. For the sake of her family, she sacrifices everything without revealing the truth. It is grand opera in chamber format: close, poignant and irresistibly alive. The performance is given indoors in Swedish and is about 2 hours and 40 minutes including intermission.
