Riksteatern TrelleborgWith madness, failure, poetry and clown logic, a group of survivors try to build something. A shelter, a party, a future - in the middle of the ruins. The clowns are the mirror of humanity: vacillating, whimsical, struggling. And sometimes - against all odds - brilliant!
A performance that explores how we can create glimmers of hope in a time of turmoil, chaos and collapse. It's absurd, beautiful, serious and funny.
The director of the show is Bim Mason, British director and educator with extensive experience in physical theater, clown and mask. Participating in the performance are Jonathan Young, Jan Unestam and Ida Stenman and Christoffer Remberger from Karavan, who have worked for over 20 years with contemporary circus in Sweden.
