During the celebration, there will be singing, music and national day speeches. According to tradition, the municipality also distributes Swedish flags. New for this year is that there will also be family activities to do in connection with the City Park Stage, such as sausage grilling and balloon figures.

The celebration begins at 11.35 a.m. with the Coastal City marching band around the city centre, from Stortorget to the City Park.
At 12.00 noon, the ceremony begins on the City Park Stage, with both prizes, speeches and the national anthem, which this year is sung by Lisa Romée
13.30 Freestyle Phanatix takes the stage and shows
14.30 there will be a performance by LouLou LaMotte with Velcro
Award ceremony:
In connection with the celebration, prizes will also be awarded. The winners of the Culture and Leisure Committee's four different prizes (Association of the Year, Culture Award of the Year, Heritage Award of the Year and Sports Award of the Year) and the Community Planning Committee's Gold Portal award will be chosen.
